How it works

Short screens you can do on the bus, practice that answers back, and checks that make sure it has sunk in.

  1. LearnEach unit is ten to fifteen minutes of short screens, one idea at a time, with real examples and no jargon.
  2. PractiseSort, spot the mistake, put steps in order, pick the better prompt. Every answer gets feedback straight away.
  3. CheckEach unit ends with a 5-question check: 4 right completes it. Not this time? Try again with new questions.
  4. Get certifiedA 40-minute final assessment. Pass with 70% (merit 80%, distinction 90%) and your certificate is yours.

A certificate worth showing

  • Checkable. Every certificate has its own number and QR code, and a public page where an employer can confirm it in seconds.
  • Specific. A record of achievement lists the six units and the learning outcomes you met, so people can see what you know.
  • Shareable. A PDF by email, one tap to add it to your LinkedIn profile, and a link to share anywhere.
  • Framed-ready. Want it on the wall? We’ll print it on heavy card and post it to you for £10.

Questions

How long does it take?

About an hour and a half a level, including the final assessment. Units are ten to fifteen minutes, so you can fit one in a lunch break. Your place is saved as you go, on any device.

Which level should I take?

Level 1 if you’re new to AI or unsure of it. Level 2 if you already use an AI assistant and want reliable results. Level 3 if you choose, build or lead AI for other people. The 60-second level quiz will point you the right way.

Do I need to pay for an AI tool?

No. The course teaches everything on the page. Some units include an optional “try it yourself” exercise, which works with the free version of an assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot.

What if I don’t pass?

You can retake a unit check as often as you like, with a fresh set of questions each time. You can start the final assessment up to three times in 24 hours, and you’ll see how you did in each unit, so you know what to look back over.

Is the certificate accredited?

It’s an Unjargoned certificate of achievement. It isn’t a regulated qualification like a GCSE or those on the Regulated Qualifications Framework, and we won’t pretend otherwise.

What makes it worth having: each level has a published standard (its units, learning outcomes and assessment criteria, on its page), every marked question is tied to that standard, and every certificate can be checked online.

Can I buy it for my team?

Yes. Email partners@unjargoned.com with how many people and which levels, and we’ll set it up with an invoice.

What if I change my mind?

Full refund within 14 days of buying, as long as you haven’t claimed a certificate for that level. Email hello@unjargoned.com.

What do you keep about me?

Your email address, your progress and your answers, to run the course and issue your certificate; your name, as you want it printed; and, if you order a printed copy, the address to post it to. We never sell any of it. See our privacy notice.
