What it does
Expensify turns receipts into expenses. Take a photo of a receipt, or forward it by email, and its SmartScan reads the merchant, date, amount and currency and suggests a category. You can track mileage, put expenses into reports for approval and repayment, and sync them to accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks.
Its AI assistant, Concierge, helps categorise spending and flags expenses that break your company’s rules. It is free for individuals, and businesses pay per member.
